COME AND TRY OUR SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATION WINES
For several years now, we’ve been experimenting with the production of spontaneously fermented wines—no intervention, no filtration, no added sulfites. Curious? Come and try them anytime by reservation or during our “open days,” starting Saturday, May 23.
The winery is open every day for tastings. Reservations are recommended.
We still have availability for stays at Borgo San Donino: holiday apartments just a short walk from the winery, a delicious breakfast, and a refreshing pool await you! When will you come and stay with us?
