9:00 a.m. - Meet Licia, your guide for the day, and bicycle handover at the Selva Capuzza winery
Departure by bike through the gentle ups and downs of the morainic hills, riding into the estate’s own vineyards while sharing stories and anecdotes about this land, particularly suited to viticulture and olive growing
Returning to the winery along a different route from the outward journey, we will be welcomed by Laura, with a glass of the estate’s sparkling wine for us, followed by two still D.O.C. wines paired with a platter of traditional local cured meats and cheeses, artisan bread and breadsticks, extra virgin olive oil, and wine jellies
