Our family was instrumental to revive and save this small appellation from disappearing and is working hard to bring it to national and - subsequently - international attention.
Produced from the indigenous Tuchi grapes, with small and delicate grape that need full attention. It needs to be harvested at the perfect moment, usually earlier than any other grape. It produces delicate and slightly aromatic white wines that perfectly compliment the local cooking.
